The Terry Conners Synchro Open is always one of our favorite weekends of the year, and this year was no exception!
The Beginner team kicked off the weekend for CPIce on Saturday. In their first-ever synchro competition, they captured second place and took home the silver medal with their energetic program to “Friend Like Me” from Aladdin.
On Sunday, the Open Juvenile team started the morning with a much-improved skate of their “Bond” program to finish 3rd out of 10 teams and win the bronze medal. This marks CPIce’s fifth straight medal at in the Open Juvenile division at Terry Conners, and sixth in the past seven years.
The Pre-Juvenile team skated an energetic program to “Rock this Town” and also finished 3rd in their group and win the bronze medal – the team’s first of the season and the second straight bronze medal for CPIce in the Pre-Juvenile division at Terry Conners.
The Intermediate team finished the day for CPIce with a strong skate of their “Jungle Book” program to finish in 5th place with 41.44 points, just .5 under their total score at Boston two weeks prior.

After the holiday break, the teams hit the road again to compete at the Colonial Classic in Lowell, MA.
